It ain`t easy, remember those days in Japanese schools where they employ a lady to make the tea and cook energy rich foods all day? And then the teachers bring in cookies and other sickly sweet goodies from wherever they went over tthe weekend - I`m living it again mate, but trying to only partake of the local fruit collected from the school banana trees!
